Terms and Conditions
Make sure you read through these terms and conditions before you start using our Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
When we use capital letters, we're defining specific words. The meanings stay the same whether they're singular or plural. Here's what we mean by certain terms in these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate is any entity that controls, is controlled by, or shares common control with a party. • Country means: Washington, United States • Company (sometimes called "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") is Mellowpilot. • Device is anything that can access the Service like a computer, cellphone or tablet. • Service refers to the Website. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") are what you're reading right now. They form the whole agreement between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content from a third party that we display or make available through the Service. • Website is our site. • You means either the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity that person is using it for.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions are the rules that govern how the Service works and form an agreement between you and us. They spell out what rights and responsibilities all users have. Using the Service depends on you accepting and following these Terms. They apply to everyone who visits, uses, or accesses the Service in any way. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, you can't use the Service. You're confirming that you're at least 18 years old. We don't let anyone under 18 use the Service.
Links to Other Websites
You might find links on our Service to third-party websites or services that we don't own or run. We don't control what's on those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or how they work. You also agree that we're not liable for any damage or loss that comes from using or relying on third-party content, products, or services you find through those links.
Termination
We can shut down your access right away, no warning needed, for pretty much any reason—including if you break these Terms. Once that happens, your ability to use the Service stops immediately.
Limitation of Liability
No matter what damages you might face, our total liability and that of our suppliers under these Terms is capped at whatever you actually paid us through the Service, or 100 USD if you haven't bought anything. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our suppliers won't be responsible for any special, indirect, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss, or problems with third-party software or hardware used with the Service), even if we knew such damages were possible.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes to you as is and as available, with all its current problems and flaws. We're not making any kind of warranty about it. To the extent the law permits, we and our Affiliates, licensors, and service providers don't guarantee anything about the Service, whether written, implied, or statutory—including that it's fit for sale or for a specific purpose. Neither we nor our suppliers guarantee anything about how the Service works, whether it's available, or the accuracy of the information and content on it. We're not saying the Service will run without interruption or errors, or that any information is current or correct. And we're not claiming the Service, our servers, the content, or any emails from us are free of viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful stuff.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country apply to these Terms and your use of the Service, not including its conflict of law rules. Other local, state, national, or international laws might also apply to how you use it. If something goes wrong or you're unhappy with the Service, you agree to try talking it out informally with us first.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union users: If you're in the EU, you get the protection of any mandatory laws in your country. United States Legal Compliance: You're saying that you're not in a country under US government embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and you're not on any US government list of restricted or prohibited parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms gets ruled unenforceable or invalid, we'll modify it as much as possible to make it work, and everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right or obligation at some point, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. And if we let one breach slide, that doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms might be available in other languages, but if there's a dispute, the original English version wins. We can change or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you about 30 days' notice before the new terms kick in. If you keep using the Service after we make changes, you're agreeing to the updated terms. These terms became effective August 5, 2026
